1. I’ve purchased a lot and am ready to build. Does my home have to be a certain square footage?

ANSWER: Yes, please refer to building covenants and restrictions applicable to your building site.

2. Do I have a maximum building time frame?

ANSWER: Yes, there are established timeframes for construction completion.

3. What type of fence is allowed?

ANSWER: There are specified fence requirements. Please refer to the covenants and restrictions set for your building site.

4. Do I need to obtain approval for building a storage building or other exterior structures?

ANSWER: Yes

5. My street has potholes and needs to be resurfaced. Who is responsible for doing this?

ANSWER: Grants must be obtained for the repair and resurfacing of some streets because they are owned by and are the responsibility of the town. Others are still county roads and are sometimes maintained by Logan County.
